Finding connection and balance
After more than 25 years of experience in the industrial sector worldwide, I felt it was time for me to apply my knowledge and expertise more broadly. And there it was: SOURCYNTRA.
I have gained this experience in various factories, in marketing & sales, and in globally operating procurement and manufacturing organizations.
I led many strategy development programs (such as supply base blueprints), operational excellence programs in manufacturing, procurement and logistics and LEAN transformations - consistently in close collaboration with functions such as research & development, product marketing and supply chain.
The often conflicting priorities, objectives and time horizons of these different functions made it challenging to achieve truly integrated solutions. Solutions that not only kept overall costs manageable and transparent, but also genuinely created value for our customers in terms of price, delivery reliability and speed and the degree to which products could be configured (flexibility).
The (lack of) connection and balance between all the different elements and functions in organizations have always intrigued me and so I have made it my mission to help companies to bring this to the surface and improve this, together.
